WORCESTER SHARKS

The color(s) teal, black, white, gray and brown is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.

The mark consists of the words "Worcester Sharks" with the word "Worcester" in small capital letters over the word "Sharks" in larger font with the top portion of the letter "5" at the beginning and end of the word "Sharks" enclosing the word "Worcester" on each side. The words "Worcester Sharks" are set above a drawing of a shark swimming through an inverted triangular background and breaking a hockey stick in its teeth. The color teal appears along the inside border of two-thirds of the inverted triangle and along a thick stripe that outlines the bottom two sides of the inverted triangle. The color teal also appears in the background behind the words "Worchester Sharks". The color black appears as a border, which runs outside the teal border, that borders completely the inverted triangle. The color black also appears as the color of three strips of tape at the top of the hockey stick and the color of the shark. The color black also appears as a rectangular background behind the word "Worcester", as a thin outside border of the entire mark, and below the word "Sharks", giving the word "Sharks" a three-dimensional appearance. The color white appears as a border of the words "Worchester Sharks", and is the color of the letters for the words "Worcester" and "Sharks". The color white also appears as a thin border surrounding the inverted triangle and thin border surrounding the shark. The color white also appears as the background color of the inverted triangle, the color of the shark's teeth, the outline of the shark's eye and gills, and two strips of tape at the top of the hockey stick. The color gray appears on the tape located at the bottom of the hockey stick. The color brown is the color of the hockey stick.
