Insurance brokerage services in the fields of accident insurance, building insurance, health insurance, fire insurance, home insurance, life insurance, marine insurance and property insurance; financial management and financial planning; monetary exchange; real estate brokerage; financial consultation, namely, advising third parties and acting as a principal or broker in commodity trading activities; and the provision of financial consultation services related to the structuring and placement of debt and equity capital, including; (i) senior, subordinated, mezzanine and equity-linked and equity capital financing; (ii) project and Islamic financing; (iii) working capital and bridge financing; (iv) pre-export and trade financing; (v) leasing and other tax-efficient financing; (vi) construction and real estate development or investment financing; and advising on mergers, acquisitions and disposals and in the structuring and placement of related financings; financial and investment management, management of capital investment funds; financial trust operations; financial consultation services related to balance sheet, financial and operational restructuring and re-engineering, including work-out techniques, debt reduction or conversion and sell-off and realization strategies with none of the aforesaid services relating to the administration of employee benefit plans or the administration of employee pension plans
