Design Mark
"The mark consists of a dark blue ellipse ending with an arrow image at the top of the mark. Appearing as if layered on top of the right hand side of the ellipse is a lighter blue partial ellipse that ends with an arrow image at the bottom of the mark. The arrows are pointed to give the impression of a motion clockwise around the ellipse. In the center of the ellipse, which is white, the words "Performance Management Network" appear in the color black. On the outside of the ellipse, around the outer edge of each arrow, is a segment of shading, darker gray in the center, and lighter gray on each side, that forms the impression of a second ellipse around the arrows".
