The color(s) black, silver, blue, red, green, beige is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
Other
The mark consists of Stylized representation of seated child wearing a red broad-brimmed hat, a black t-shirt, blue shorts and a pair of beige work boots. A stylized letter "K" is centered in the middle of the hat and a green bill of currency protrudes from underneath the hat so as to obstruct a portion of the seated child's face. The seated child's right arm rest behind a stylized representation of five-spoked automobile tire rim so only the seated child's thumb is visible. The seated child and the tire rim are positioned above the decorative and stylized literal element "K-DUBB." The literal element "K-DUBB" is decorated and stylized in such a way as to give the appearance of a shimmering silver metallic material or a precious metal. The stylized literal element for the term "PRODUCTIONS" is wholly positioned immediately below the "DUBB" in the aforementioned term "K-DUBB." The stylized literal element HOSTILE TAKE OVER is centered in the middle of the seated child's shoe.
