The mark consists of "Giorgi Foods, LLC" has a primary background that consists of a horizontally elongated rectangle with one third of the left end (i.e., a viewer's left side) of the rectangle in black and white checks and with the remaining part of the rectangle in black. "Giorgi" is in black letters on a white secondary ground which is all placed on top of the primary ground. The white secondary ground surrounds the entire word "Giorgi" and is shaped to conform to the word "Giorgi". The capital "G" of "Giorgi" is enlarged and partly lies (along with its white surround ground) on the checkered part of the primary background. The remaining part of "Giorgi" (along with its white secondary ground) and the words "Foods, LLC" are set on top of the black part of the primary background..
