The mark consists of a caricature of a workman with a light bulb for a head standing with its hands on his hips and wearing a kerchief, long sleeved shirt, overalls with tools in the front pocket, a tool belt containing tools, and work boots. Lines representing electrical currents appear around the bulb or face. The base of the light bulb is gray; the bulb or face is light yellow and one of the tools in the tool belt is dark yellow; the electrical current lines, the kerchief , the soles of the work boots and the tools in the front pocket of the overalls are all gold; the work boots and the workman's shirt are beige; the overalls are light blue; the buttons on the overalls, the workman's hands, and a portion of the tool belt buckle are all white; the tool belt is tan; and the remaining tools in the tool belt are red and orange.
