The mark consists of the wording "ROCKWELL" circumscribed by a rectangular design bowed outwardly on the top and bottom sides, with the wording appearing in thick stylized lettering wherein the bottom half of the letter "C" flows directly into the upper portion of the letter "K"; the letters "C", "K", "W", and "E" touch each other without separation; and the two outermost letters of the wording on the left and right sides ("RO" and "LL") are unconnected.
