Design element is a black trapezoid shape, with rounded corners, horizontal base, vertical left edge, top edge slanting upward to top right corner, right edge slanting toward right to top right corner; the trapezoid shape is divided into three horizontal bands, with a central white horizontal band through the midsection of black background of trapezoid shape, leaving a black horizontal band in the upper third of the trapezoid, and a black horizontal band in the lower third of the trapezoid.
