Providing services to advance the sport of soccer and international soccer competitions in the United States, namely, fund raising, providing grants and educational scholarships

Scheduling soccer games, conducting workshops, training in the nature of clinics and seminars in the field of soccer; athletic and sports event services, namely, arranging, organizing, operating and conducting soccer matches; providing information in the field of soccer and international soccer competitions and soccer related topics by means of a website on a global computer information network; publication of books, newspapers, and magazines in the field of soccer and international soccer competitions; entertainment services in the nature of organizing and arranging soccer exhibitions and games; organizing cultural events, namely, musical, theatrical, dance, art and craft exhibitions; entertainment services, namely, producing radio and television programming featuring international athletic events and subject matter related thereto
