The mark consists of a building facade in red, outlined in three sections by white, with a taller middle section rising above the left and right sides of the building facade; with six tall rectangular shaped white windows, two each in the upper portion of each section, six tall rectangular shaped white windows with a rounded top directly below the strictly rectangular shaped white windows, two each in each section, directly below which, in each section, smaller horizontally represented rectangular shapes in white; the taller middle section rising above the two lateral parts of the facade, with a semi-circular, half-moon shaped window having a horizontal base in a white outlined section in the taller part of the middle section; a thicker line in blue on each side of the left and right section of building facade, horizontally above each side section, meeting the vertical white outline of the middle taller section; a horizontally based triangle in solid blue at the top of the middle taller section, above the white outlined section housing the half-moon white window; a blue line at the base of the building facade with approximately the same thickness as that shown at the top of each side of the building; the word in upper case in blue TRANSPORTATION directly below the blue base line; the words in upper case in blue BUILDER INSTITUTE directly below the word TRANSPORTATION; a thin blue square-shaped line surrounding the entire building facade, including the words, meeting at approximately the top of the lower third of the blue triangular shaped top section of the taller middle section of the building facade.
