The mark consists of trade dress of a unique floor design that is found inside Applicant's facilities where the subject services are provided, specifically, consisting of a curving line that looks like a wavy banner or rainbow, which curves from the sides of the floor and down the center of the floor, two (2) to as many as six (6) five point stars appear on either side of the line depending on the position of the curving line. The broken lines found in the drawing are representative of hallway walls and are merely to show the position and location of the trade dress relative to the walls and are not part of the mark. Also, the floor depicts stippling which is for shading purposes and not to indicate color.
