The mark consists of a square shape, followed by the stylized word "valtec", the square shape overlaid with a figure reminiscent of a valve connected to a short section of piping, the figure consisting of a short-legged "T" on top of a circle having one opening to the left-hand side and another opening to the right-hand side, and two lines inside the said circle and openings, wherein the lines curve inside the said circle to form an inner circle, such that the two lines appear to form the inner boundary of the said valve and short section of piping.
