Design Mark
The mark consists of the three dimensional configuration of the distinctive packaging for the goods. The term "VOGUE CARACTERE" appears in stylized lettering, from which two darkly shaded lines curve down from distant points toward each other on a more lightly shaded background. On the more lightly shaded background, between the curved lines, appears the term "VOGUE CARACTERE" in stylized lettering. The first "E" in "CARACTERE" has an accent mark. To the lower right of the right-hand curve, there is a triangular shape comprised of small triangular figures. There is a series of vertical lines intersecting with the left-hand curve. The dotted line surrounding the mark is used to designate position only, and is not a part of the mark as shown.
