Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of the letters "A", "A", "O", "M", and "S" on two lines with the letters "A A" on the first line and separated by a caduceus, which extends from the top of the logo to a level consistent with the base of the two letter "A"'s. The letters "O", "M", and "S" appear directly below the two "A"'s on the second line. The letter "O" is directly below the first letter "A", the letter "M" is centered below the bottom of the caduceus, and the letter "S" is beneath the second letter "A". Surrounding the design are two laurel leaf branches which curve from beneath the "O" and "S", to above the two letter "A"'s. The top of the caduceus extends slightly above the ends of the laurel leaf branches.
