Education services, namely, providing courses of instruction and curricula in the fields of fisheries science, marine biology, marine chemistry, marine conservation, marine geology, marine physics, marine science, ocean engineering with a focus on the approaches, methods, procedures, processes, products, systems, techniques and technologies created, developed and used to conserve, manage and preserve the oceans, coasts, rivers, waterways and aquatic wildlife; education services, namely, conducting distance learning instruction in the fields of fisheries science, marine biology, marine chemistry, marine conservation, marine geology, marine physics, marine science and ocean engineering; education services, namely, conducting conferences and workshops in the fields of fisheries science, marine biology, marine chemistry, marine conservation, marine geology, marine physics, marine science and ocean engineering and the different approaches, methods, procedures, processes, products, systems, techniques and technologies developed and used to conserve, manage and preserve the oceans, coasts, rivers, waterways and aquatic wildlife; Educational research, namely, the study of alternative approaches, methods, procedures, processes, products, systems, techniques and technologies that can be applied and used in and in connection with the conservation, management and preservation of the coasts, rivers, waterways and aquatic wildlife, including but not limited to aquaculture techniques, design of fisheries equipment, fisheries management, cuisine recommendations and methods for creating energy from marine resources

Scientific research for the purpose of creating, developing, and studying alternative approaches, methods, procedures, processes, products, systems, techniques and technologies that can be applied and used in and in connection with the conservation, management and preservation of the coasts, rivers, waterways and aquatic wildlife, including but not limited to aquaculture techniques, design of fisheries equipment, fisheries management, cuisine recommendations and methods for creating energy from marine resources
