The mark consists of a white circle with "AMERICAN" written in black curved around the top half inside of the circle and the words "TOP TEAM" written in Black curved around the bottom inside half circle and then inside of the circle containing those words is another circle. The upper right hand corner of the inner circle is blue with white stars, the remaining three-fourths of the inner circle is red and white striped like the american flag and then interposed on top of the flaglike image is the outline of a man in black holding his hands up.
