The trade dress features nine lines of text, which appear vertically, with letters on their sides, and the text can be read from bottom to top. The text is characterized by all capital letters, each of which is formed from small dots. The wording on the nine lines of text is as follows: The first line is "REGGI" and then part of an "A"; The second line is "PARMI" and part of a "G"; The third line is "REGGI"; The fourth line is "PARM"; The fifth line is "REG" and then part of another "G"; The sixth line is "PAR" and then part of an "M"; The seventh line is "REG" and then part of a "G"; The eighth line is "PAR" and then part of an "M"; and The ninth line is "RE" and then part of a "G"; The background of the packaging side appears parchment-like, which makes the packaging side appear as if it has texture. The stippling on the drawing is intended to show the parchment-like background of the packaging side, and is claimed as part of the mark. The trade dress is shown as it appears, on the side of a box. The shape of the box itself is not claimed as an element of this mark, but the placement of the trade dress elements on the box is claimed as an element of the trade dress.
