The mark consists of a trade dress for the lower portion of an apron design featuring the following: A rectangular skirt banded at the bottom by a matching wide bias cut flounce. All edges of the skirt are banded with bias fabric, and there is a band of bias across the front of the apron at the drop waist hip level separating the body of the skirt from the flounce.
