Design Mark
The mark consists of An oval outline containing the words "PIONEER NATURAL" along the upper border and the words "SOAP COMPANY" along the lower border, and a drawing of a bathtub, brush and basket of soap in the mid-portion. The design feature of the mark consists of two fanciful shapes, one shaped located on each side of and within the oval enclosing the mark, each shape being the mirror image of the other, each shape having a concave inner side, an outer side opposite the concave inner side and comprised of four concave portions, top and bottom concave sides connecting the concave inner side and outer side, and two curved arms located within each of the shapes, each curved arm extending from the center of the concave inner side to an end of the outer side.
