The mark consists of an oval containing the word "GRAPE," the plus sign "+" and the word "BEAN" displayed within the mid and lower portion of the oval, a concentric ring of dots in the inner portion of the oval and an abstract depiction of wine grapes and coffee beans in the top portion of the oval, consisting of the stylized letter "g" with three circles attached to the lower portion and placed to the left of a stylized letter "b" with a coffee bean attached to the lower portion, each letter having the appearance of both the lower and upper case letters.
