The mark consists of an arbitrary design on the backs of playing cards with the outside configuration of the playing cards hatched to indicate no trademark claim to the configuration of the goods. The mark consists of a repeating pattern of diamond shaped symbols with adjacent vertices of these diamonds accentuated by short horizontal and vertical rays.
