Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a banding pattern printed on the shaft of a golf club. The pattern is comprised of multiple pairs of rings around the shaft, with the background of the shaft visible between the pairs of rings. Each pair is comprised of a narrow ring of a first color adjacent to a wider ring of a second color, such that the two rings form a pair, with the first ring's color shading into the second ring of the pair. The pairs of rings are repeated on the shaft at equal spacing with each pair of rings in the sequence having an increased collective width as compared to the prior pair in the sequence, with the last pair being the widest. The wider ring of the pair in the last sequence is greatly increased in width. The pattern is circumferential so that it is visible from any angle of view of the goods. The dotted lines of the remainder of the shaft do not form part of the mark but are intended to represent the positioning of the mark.
Color Claim
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
Other
The lining in the drawing is a feature of the mark. The stippling in the drawing is for shading purposes only.
