Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a medallion having an exterior circular border, a middle circular band and an interior circular core. The words "BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE, IT'S YOUR COUNTRY" and the design of two musical notes appear in the middle circular band portion of the mark. The edge of the interior circular core contains a border design of multiple, five point stars. In the center of the interior core design there appears the design of an eagle with a striped shield on its chest. The eagle is holding drumsticks in one of its claws; a guitar is held in the eagle's other claw. The color light blue appears in the tuning pegs in the guitar head design; and as shading in the design of the drumsticks. The color medium blue appears in all of the letters of the literal elements of the mark; in the circles or dots appearing between the literal phrases in the mark; in the design of the musical notes; and throughout the interior circle design, as background for the eagle, shield, guitar, drumsticks and stars design. The color red appears in alternating vertical stripes in the shield design; in the top or head of the guitar design; and in approximately two-thirds of the body of the guitar design. The color yellow appears in the plate on the guitar body; and in the beak and feet of the eagle design. The color brown appears in the eagle's wings, legs and body. The exterior circular border design appears in the color yellow with brown shading. The color tan appears in the design of the guitar neck. The color black appears in the knobs or circles on the guitar body plate; in the design of the eagle's eye; as outlining to indicate feathers in the eagle's head; as outlining of the shield design; and as an outline of the upper torso and head of the eagle design. The color white appears throughout all of the star designs; in the eagle's head, tail feathers, claws and eye; in the bridge and pickup designs on the guitar and in the drumstick design. The color beige appears in the middle circle design as background for the literal elements and musical note designs.
