The mark consists of a bold, white upper case S appears centered in a blue rectangle set vertically; the S overlays a green plant with three green leaves, green stem and green roots; three green leaves of the stem appear within the top curve of the S; middle of the stem is hidden by the center portion of the S; roots at the bottom of the green stem appear in the lower curve of the S; within the lower curve of the S are five horizontal white lines drawn behind the green roots; at the bottom of the blue rectangle is a small band of white outlined in blue with SeaAgri, inc. in the center of the band under the large white S; Sea is printed in blue with S in upper case and ea in lower case; Agri is in green and immediately follows Sea with no space with the A in upper case and the gri in lower case followed by a blue comma, space, and inc. in blue and in lower case; all lettering font is arial.
