No. 78/661,856, both covering the GERMAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE mark, and uses the GERMAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE trademark for "chamber of commerce services, namely, promoting and fostering trade relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the United States, and disseminating information concerning commerce and trade between these countries" in the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The German American Chamber of Commerce Of the Southern United States, Inc., is located at 530 Means Street, Suite 120, Atlanta, GA 30318, and uses the GERMAN AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE trademark for "chamber of commerce services, namely, promoting and fostering trade relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the United States, and disseminating information concerning commerce and trade between these countries" in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
