The mark consists of the word "PECO" in lower case letters incircles in part by a slanted oval shaped graphic; the vertical line forming the left part of the letter "P" in the literal portion is in the form of an upside down screw; underneath the word PECO are the words "FASTENERS & ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS"; and beginning on the left side of all the words is a slanted oval graphic mark opening to the right towards the literal portion and surrounding approximately 2/3 of the literal portion of the mark; the literal portion of the mark then appears to cut through or overlap the oval graphic .
