The term "WESTERN" appears in a first line of text in all capital letters in the color white; the term "FREE PRESS" appears in a second line of text, in the same font, and same size font, in all capital letters in the color white, with the left margin flush with the first line of text, with the first letter of each word in the two lines of text being slightly larger than the other letters, and the second line of text followed one character space beyond the text, by the image of the top half of a circle in the color gold, the mid-point of the halfcircle having approximately the same height as the first letter of each word, and the base of the half-circle formed by a straight line in the color gold appearing under the second line of text, running the combined distance of the text of the second line and the diameter of the half-circle; and the terms "STRAIGHT NEWS. STRONG OPINION." in a third line of text in the color of a light blue, appearing beneath the straight line, in all capital letters of equal size and in the same font as the first two lines of text approximately one-third the size of the font in those lines, and having a left margin flush with the first and second lines of text, and a right margin approximately one character short of being flush with the second line of text, all the foregoing having a background in the color blue framed within a rectangle, and the blue background alternates lighter stripes of blue with darker configured to illustrate rays of light shining from a source a great distance from below the rectangle.
