The mark consists of a composite stylized mark comprised of a rectangularly shaped outline by a wide line in the color black, with the rectangularly shaped outline being divided into two parts by a swagg like symbol indicative of a stretched alphabetical letter "S" in a red color, to provide a right hand side portion and a left hand side portion, where the left hand side portion has a stylized alphabetically lower case letter "b" in color white on a black shade background radiating to gray and where the right hand side portion has a stylized alphabetically lower case letter "p" in color black on a white background. To the right of the rectangle portion is the term "bod" in color black over the term "pockets" in the color black with another swagg like symbol indicative of a stretched alphabetical letter "S" in a red color and all letters reflecting a gray background shading effect on a white background, and above, the phrase "THE POCKET YOU WEAR" presented in black lettering in all upper case letters with the first alphabetical letter in each word in the phrase being larger in size than the other letters in the phrase.
