The mark consists of a three-dimensional design of an audio speaker in which the spherical shape and the crater-like indentations, which cover approximately half of the spherical shape, are claimed as features of the mark; and the base of the speaker, which is depicted in broken lines, provides context and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The drawing shows only one view of the design. The design would look the same if viewed from the opposite side of the speaker; one would just see a mirror-image of the view shown in the drawing.
