Design Mark
The mark consists of a chili ristra suspended from a semicircular design. The color magenta appears in the design of the chili, the color light blue appears in the design of the semicircular design above the chili, and the color dark blue appears in the petals within the semicircular design. Applicant claims color in association with the Mark as follows: the chili ristra is magenta, or red; the semicircular design includes cyan, or light blue, and dark blue petals. A color rendition of the mark is enclosed on the drawing sheet; a separate color rendition that includes PMS color-coding is enclosed; and a black-and-white rendition also is enclosed for publication purposes.
