Design Mark
The mark consists of black rectangular label having an undulated gold band extending across an upper portion and a gold stripe extending along a lower edge of the black label. A semi-transparent, white rectangle, with rounded corners, is on the left side of the label and covers a portion of the gold stripe and the black rectangle. A white rectangle, outlined in black, is above the semi-transparent, white rectangle. A curved, white rectangle, outlined in black, overlays the right side of the label, an upper portion of the curved, white rectangle is on the gold band and a lower portion of the curved, white rectangle overlays the black label. Two generally red banners, outlined in white, are on the gold stripe. Specifically, a small banner is on the upper, left side of the gold stripe and a large banner is on the upper, right side of the gold stripe. Each banner contains the words "SHALINI" in fanciful white letters and each has a left, upper corner and a right, upper corner that are raised. Below each banner is the wording "ULTIMATE VALUE.
