Additional Information

Design Mark
The mark sought to be registered is the configuration of a bottle. It is characterized by its gradually tapered and curved round wall rising from a narrow base to a sharp shoulder that curves inwardly and upwardly to a threaded neck and cap. The threaded neck and cap form no part of the mark, and are arbitrary in shape. The cap is shown in dashed lines for this reason. It shrouds the neck. The cap is round. The views from all sides are identical. Approximately the lower half of the wall is speckled with a number of raised blister-like bulges with rounded shapes, distributed in a random pattern.
