The mark has an exterior oval of which the left half is blue and the right half is red. Within the exterior oval is a white oval. Within the white oval is a black oval. Within the black oval is a thin white oval. Within the thin white oval is a full solid blue oval outlined in white with a red arcuate section to the right side of the blue oval with a white oval separating the blue oval and the red arcuate section and to the right of the red arcuate section is a white arcuate line and to the right of the white arcuate line is a grey arcuate section, and the word "TILLY'S" appears in black outlined in white against the blue and red background with the letters and single quote "TILLY' "in the interior blue oval and the letter "S" extending from the right edge of the blue oval into the red arcuate section and the words "CLOTHING. SHOES. ACCESSORIES" in white underneath the letters "TILLY" and on the interior blue oval.
