Design Mark
The mark consists of an horizontal oval shape containing the word HAPPY over the word DOG. The letter O in DOG is characterized by a "smiley face" with the right eye (from the viewer's perspective) in a wink and the smile on the face curved upward to the right (also from the viewer's perspective) with a suggesting of a cheek curve at the end of the smile. The letters D and G slightly overlap the letter O and the beginning of the letter D and the end of the letter G slightly overlap the boundary of the oval. The work Happy is solid in all caps and the letters in DOG are, respectively, D, not solid, O, a smiley face, and G, not solid, all three capitalized. At this time, no particular color nor size attributes are assigned to the mark.
