The mark consists of two chocolate brown circles, one atop the other, underneath which is a line of eight chocolate brown circles. Underneath the line of chocolate brown circles is a next line of seven circles, having the first circle being gray, the second circle being burnt orange outlined with brown, the third circle being gray, the fourth circle being burnt orange outlined with brown and the remaining three circles in the line being gray. The seven circles in the next line of the mark are a lighter shade of gray than the previous line of circles. The word EKRU is burnt orange, under which are the words "an urban" in chocolate brown, "edutainment" in burnt orange and "experience" in chocolate brown. Applicant submits that shading is a feature of the mark.
