The mark consists of a three-dimensional representation of a bed containing a white pillow top mattress, white striped comforter, white striped bed ruffle, white sheets and five white pillows, which forms a part of the trade dress of applicant's hotel rooms. The broken lines are used to indicate the position of the mark and are not claimed as a feature of the mark. The stippling is used to indicate the three-dimensional nature of the mark, and is not a feature of the mark.
Other
The lining shown in the drawing is used to represent a feature of the mark, namely, the striped pattern contained on the comforter, bed ruffle, and pillow. The lining is not intended to indicate color.
