The mark consists of a three-dimensional white box with a portion of the front and back sides of the box covered with a transparent cover. Half of the top and front of the box and half of the top and back of the box is bordered by a red and brown design border. The borders on the top of the box are connected by a white oval figure which is bordered by a decorative design and a solid oval. The front of the box also contains the white oval figure (bordered by a decorative design and a solid oval) centered approximately one-quarter of the way down the front of the box. Next to the oval design is a red band that extends around the entire box. The red band contains gold lines near the top and bottom of the red band. Near the bottom of the front of the box (covering the base of the transparent cover and portions of the gold and red decorative border) is a white piece of candy with white wrapper. The right side of the box contains a white oval figure centered approximately one-quarter of the way down the side of the box and sits on top of the red band that extends around the entire box. The oval figure is bordered by a decorative design and solid oval. The colors white, gold and red are claimed as features of the mark.
