Design Mark
The mark consists of the word DITKA'S with two XX's replacing the apostrophe forming the top of a circle is above a smaller circle with a caricature of Mike Ditka's face with a bowtie all inside the circle. Under the circle are the words Since 1997 with a dot before the word Since and a dot after the numbers 1997, which forms the bottom of a circle. There are two short circular lines on either side of the smaller inner circle in between the words DITKA'S and Since 1997.

Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
