Design Mark
The mark consists of the terms "ICAP" and "i-Swap" and the design of two overlapping squares. The "i", the hyphen sign, and "ICAP" appear in white; "Swap" appears in black. The front square appears in red-orange with a golden glow radiating from the center. The rear square appears in dark blue with a light blue glow radiating from the center. A blue shadow is cast by the front square which fades behind the letter "S". The colors red-orange, gold, dark blue and light blue are claimed as features of the mark. A sample of the mark in color is attached as Exhibit A.
