Additional Information
Design Mark
A Colombian flag is depicted, which has a yellow bar, over a blue bar, over a red bar, the yellow bar being twice as wide as the blue bar and as the red bar. A United States flag is depicted, which has red and white stripes and which has white stars, on a blue field. A gloved hand holding the Colombian flag, via a staff, and a gloved hand holding the United States flag, via a staff, are depicted. Each gloved hand is yellow, except for blue markings suggesting eyes, two blue bands, and blue numbers ("05") between the blue bands. Each staff is brown. Below the gloved hands, a partial globe is depicted, which is blue. The words "TARJETA CINCO" in blue and a slanted row of small markings in blue, said markings crossing the last letter of the word "CINCO", are depicted. The foregoing features are depicted against a yellow background, which is stippled to suggest shading and which is punctuated by small circles, each circle being yellow but being lighter than adjacent areas of the yellow background.
Translation
In Spanish, "TARJETA" means "card" and "CINCO" means "five".
Other
The stippling shown in the drawing indicates shading, not color.
