The mark consists of the stylized word "BEANO" appearing in the color green with a solid red line under the word; color is claimed as a feature of the mark; there is a gridline pattern which is part of the mark and is not intended to indicate color and food along the bottom from left to right consisting of broccoli, onion, chili, cabbage, pepper, onion, beans, bread, pepper, green beans, salad in a bowl, broccoli, peppers, beans, onions, peppers, mixed vegetables in a bowl. The matter in dotted lines is not part of the mark, but merely serves to show the placement thereof.
