The mark consists of the stylized words "MAX BLUE BY DEUTSCHE BANK", followed by a logo consisting of a box with a diagonal line drawn from near the lower left corner to near the upper right corner. Color is claimed as an element of the mark. The first three letters of the word "MAXBLUE", "M", "A" and "X", are in a dark gold color and the remainder of the mark is in a royal blue color. A color printout of the mark is attached as Exhibit A for reference of the color coding described herein.
