Design Mark
The mark consists of three concentric bands of color, with the two outer bands each being comprised of the colors green, turquoise, blue, violet and red. The outermost band gradually changes shades through these colors, from left to right, in the order of red to violet to blue to turquoise to green, whereas the middle band changes shades in the reverse order. The centermost band is violet. The colors green, turquoise, blue, violet and red are claimed as a feature of the mark.
