The mark consists of several colors. As required by 37 C.F.R. §2.52(a) (2) (v), a statement of what the colors are and where they appear follows. The most accurate explanation requires dividing the mark into 4 parts: (1) The "French Market Oval"; (2) the "French Market design"; (3) lettering; and (4) background. (1) oval -- The oval around the "French Market" scene is blue. (2) design -- The roof, eaves and facing of the "French Market" are predominately red. The sky is light blue. The ground and clouds are white. (3) lettering -- "French Market" and "New Orleans Famous", are white. (4) background -- the background of the mark is red.
