The mark consists of an assembly configuration of a heat exchanger evaporator for air conditioning and refrigerator applications, namely, the combination of a one piece serpentine tube inserted through slots in multiple, thinly constructed fins that are closely and uniformly spaced. The downward tilting end portion of the serpentine tube is not claimed as part of the mark.
