Design Mark
The mark consists of the trade dress characterizing packaging for applicant's goods, namely, a small, rectangular-shaped orange-colored packet, with ribbed edges on two opposite sides, and a clear (cellophane) design in the shape of a small teddy bear in the middle of the package.
