Design Mark
The mark consists of the configuration of a beverage bottle with a concave indentation approximately 1/3 from the top of the bottle. The drawing is lined for the colors green, orange, yellow and blue and color is claimed as a feature of the mark. The words "LIGNE ET TONUS" and "CONTREX" appear in black in the drawing so that the drawing will reproduce more clearly. The words "LIGNE ET TONUS" are in the color green in the mark. The word "CONTREX" and the curved line beneath the word "CONTREX" are in the color blue in the mark.
Translation
The English translation of the French terms "LIGNE ET TONUS" is "FIGURE AND TONE".
