Design Mark
The mark consists of several colors. The oval around the French Market scene is green. The roof and eaves of the French Market are brick red. The facing of the building and the ground are predominately earth-toned. The masks to the right of "MARDI GRAS" are white and purple. "FRENCH MARKET", "MARDI GRAS" and "WHOLE BEAN" is white. "KING CAKE DELIGHT" is green. All other lettering is black. The colors bordering the mark are intended to represent the green, purple, and gold of a "Mardi Gras" pennant. Proceeding from the bottom of the mark, the colors are purple, green, and gold.
