(4) lettering -- "French Market", "Mardi Gras" and "Whole Bean" are white. "Carnival Blend" is green. All other lettering is black. (5) border -- The colors bordering the mark are intended to represent the green, purple, and gold of a Mardi Gras pennant. Proceeding from the bottom of the mark, the colors are purple, green, and gold.
