(1) oval -- The oval around the French Market scene is green. (2) design -- The roof and eaves of the French Market are brick red. The facing of the building and the ground are predominately earth-toned. (3) masks -- The masks to the right of "Mardi Gras" are white and purple. (4) lettering -- "French Market", "Mardi Gras" and "Whole Bean" are white. "Bananas Foster" is green. All other lettering is black. (5) border -- The colors bordering the mark are intended to represent the green, purple, and gold of a Mardi Gras pennant. Proceeding from the bottom of the mark, the colors are purple, green, and gold.
